Jaymont acquired a .91 acre commercial site on Mayor Magrath Drive N. The site has all turns access on to 3rd Avenue creating excellent entry to the site. The city of Lethbridge planned to complete the construction of the 3rd Avenue and the turn’s signalized intersection at Mayor Magrah North and 3rd Avenue by the end of 2009.
